I am a prevention and youth engagement professional with a strong background in grant-funded programming, student leadership development, and community collaboration, supported by more than 20 years of executive Human Resources experience. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to people, supporting growth, building leadership capacity, and creating environments where individuals and organizations can thrive. Executive Director - 1 Year Contract Position

• Lead and advance a countywide prevention mission addressing youth development, substance misuse, mental health,

and traffic safety

• Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and long-range planning to ensure program effectiveness and

sustainability

• Oversee budgeting, grant compliance, reporting, and fiscal accountability across prevention initiatives

• Design and deliver school-based prevention education for grades 6–12 using evidence-based curricula and SAPST-aligned strategies

• Mentor staff, contractors, and volunteers in a collaborative, remote-capable work structure

• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with schools, healthcare systems, law enforcement, local government, and state

agencies

• Serve as the public-facing executive representing the coalition to stakeholders, funders, media, and the community

• Support board governance, strategic goal-setting, and continuous organizational improvement

• Lead an active, student-centered SADD chapter emphasizing youth leadership, peer-to-peer prevention, and

advocacy

• Mentor students in leadership development, public speaking, campaign planning, and decision-making skills

• Organized and led student delegation to the SADD National Summit (Atlanta, GA)

• Recipient of SADD’s national "Driven to Lead Award" recognizing excellence in student leadership development

• Coordinate monthly meetings, prevention campaigns, assemblies, and school-wide demonstrations

• Collaborate with school administrators, counselors, and teachers to align SADD programming with student needs

• Provided executive-level leadership of Human Resources operations across multiple divisions in a national organization

• Led recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management functions
